Which files can I use?
PNG, JPG, WebP and supported SVG previews; AI, EPS and PDF originals need a matching preview. Each upload is limited to 8 MiB. Export design JSON for an independent copy.
Where are designs saved?
Drafts and artwork are kept in this browser on this device. There is no scheduled deletion. Browser cleanup can remove drafts; export important designs first.
Can the preview be used for production?
No. PNG and PDF are design references. Confirm dimensions, cutting template, bleed, seams, colors and artwork with the factory before production.
Does rib length equal the open diameter?
No. 27 / 30 / 34 inches describe rib length. Open dimensions require actual product measurements.
